This holiday home is located on a very spacious site in a more private area of Burrow Park. The large deck area is in excellent condition and there is an ample storage shed to the rear of the deck.  The mobile home is in great condition and has been very well looked after. All of the windows and doors are double glazed and this home also has the added advantage of having central heating throughout.

The main living area has been newly carpeted and comes with two 3 seater sofas, built in overhead storage cabinets, a gas fire, coffee table and mirror.  The kitchen and dining area is in pristine condition. This area includes a large dining table with four leather seats. The kitchen had lots of storage presses, a gas cooker, hob, grill and oven, microwave, toaster and kettle.

The main bedroom comes with mirrored sliding door wardrobes with plenty of drawers built in underneath.  It also has two bedside lockers and storage units above the bed.  There are two other bedrooms which are both twin rooms.  They come with two single beds in each and lots of build in overhead storage.

This mobile home has the added benefit of having two bathroom spaces, one with a toilet and wash hand basin and venetian blinds and the other with a good size shower and wash hand basin.

There are two main doors to the home and it is quite open plan which give it a spacious feel.  This mobile home is well worth viewing given its site location and size and also the excellent condition of the interior and exterior area.
